Covid-19 Partner update #1
Dear valued partner,
The Covid-19 crisis has now reached a new critical phase where also Denmark will close all schools and universities and will start sending home all employees in the public sector with non-critical jobs in the coming days to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
Furthermore, the Danish Prime Minister strongly encourages all private-sector employers to en-sure that as many employees as possible are able to work from home, but also stressed the importance of continued production and sales as long as possible in order to minimize the economical consequences for both society and companies.
Wexøe has taken action to run the business with minimum on-site manning to secure proper operations and mitigate the consequences for employees the following next 2 weeks.
•All external commercial employees work from home and will meet customers and suppliers using onlinemeetings.
•Customer service centre will work as usual and be able to receive calls and emails.
•Warehouse and handling of incoming and outgoing goods will work as usual and we are close contact with key suppliers and customers.
Wexøe is committed to get through these difficult times with a normal service level towards the market.
We know that Covid-19 is not a one-off challenge and we should expect additional phases to the current epidemic and additional epidemics in the future.
